John and Sandy often do not have reliable cell phone service in many areas of the country that they travel to; therefore they may not always be able to quickly retrieve their email. Rest assured that your message will be seen by them, but we cannot guarantee a quick response to your message.

Please be mindful of the fact that John and Sandy are using a cellular connection to retreive their email. This is very slow in most cases (usually 9600bps)! So please do not send them very large messages like pictures or movie attachments. If you would like to send them a large email file, send it to the webguru, and he will forward it to them via regular mail. If you send them a large file it will clog their email and prevent them from receiving any of their messages!
